Search
We sweep manufacturing factories — not trading companies posing as factories — for your exact spec: material, capacity, certifications, and an MOQ that fits your volume.
2–4 verified factories, each with their original quote attached. Not a summary — the actual documents.
You see which factory really makes it before you commit to anyone. No trading-company markup sits between you and the production line.
Verify
We check business licenses, walk the production floor, and confirm export history and certifications against what you need.
Photos from the visit, license details, and the factory’s export track record.
The report carries the factory’s real name and address — the same one that lands on your invoice later. Nothing changes between verification and invoicing.
Negotiate
We negotiate price and terms with pooled volume behind us — our own import lines plus other clients buying the same categories.
The factory’s own quote, plus ours as a separate line: sourcing commission at your tier, itemized.
This is the core of the model. You see the exact price the factory charged and can check our commission against the published tiers — it is never folded into the unit price.
Ship
In-factory QC before packing, consolidation if you’re combining lines or factories, container loading, and full export documentation.

The QC report is dated before the container is sealed, so what you review on paper is what left the factory floor — not a sample set aside for the photos.
Quality control happens at the factory, not after it ships

Supplier search, verification, negotiation, production follow-up, inspection, warehousing, labeling, consolidation, documents and export clearance are not extras with their own invoice — they are the job. Freight, cargo insurance and third-party lab testing are not part of the commission: they are quoted before you commit and invoiced at cost, each with its own document.

What we don’t do
Being direct about the model means being direct about its edges, too.
We’re not the factory
We negotiate and verify — we don’t manufacture. The name on your product invoice is the factory’s, never ours.
We don’t warehouse for other resellers
We’re a sourcing and trading agent, not a 3PL. Once your container lands, storage and fulfillment are yours to arrange.
We don’t add a hidden margin
Our only earnings are the 2–3% commission, on its own invoice. If a number isn’t the factory’s price or our commission, it isn’t in there.
