Pricing

The page most agents don’t have.

Our commission is public, tiered by the value of the order, and always on its own invoice. The goods have their own scale, by volume — that one is below too. Here is exactly what you pay and what it buys.

Stock lines

The volume scale

Every stock price is published in more than one scale, and which one you pay is decided by the total volume of your order — not by how many you take of any single item. How many scales there are depends on the line. One 40’HQ is counted as 68 m³ of stowed cartons on every line, and a 20’GP as 28 m³: bulky goods run out of space long before they run out of weight.

Pools & Outdoor — three scales
Total order volume
1 × 40’HQ
up to 68 m³

The price printed in the catalogue and shown on every product page.

Total order volume
2 × 40’HQ
68 – 136 m³

2.0% below the first scale, on every line in the order.

Total order volume
3+ × 40’HQ
over 136 m³

4.0% below the first scale, on every line in the order.

Every product page lists m³ per carton, so you can add up your own cartons and know your scale before you ask us.
Mix as many lines as you like — pools, floats, spas, swim gear — the cartons all count toward the same scale.
Office Chairs — two scales
Total order volume
1 × 20’GP
up to 28 m³

The first price on every chair page. A container of chairs at this size holds roughly 234 pieces of an average model.

Total order volume
1 × 40’HQ
68 m³

The second price, 2 to 6% below the first depending on the model. Roughly 569 pieces of an average model.

137 models, US$ 3.80 – 38.76 per piece, FOB Shanghai. Every chair page lists m³ per piece and how many fill a 40’HQ, so you can add up your own load before you ask us.
The piece counts are ours, worked out from the carton size at 28 and 68 m³. We do not republish the factory’s loading figures: those assume a theoretical maximum stuffing, and in three models they name more chairs than fit in the container at all.

A worked example

Three different lines in one order. What decides the scale is the total, not any one of them.

73.68 m³ is over 68 and under 136, so the whole order prices at 2 × 40’HQ — 2.0% below the first scale, on all three items, including the one there were only 40 cartons of.

How open-book pricing works

1.

The factory quotes. You see that quote — company name, unit price, terms.

2.

You pay the factory against its own invoice. The money never hides inside ours.

3.

We invoice our 2–3% separately. Two documents — audit them any time.

Why 2–3% is enough for us

A fair question — agencies with warehouses and staff can’t live on 2%. We can, because the warehouse, the QC bench and the team already exist for our own import lines: screens, pools, scooters and packaging machinery we buy for our own stores. Sourcing for you runs on infrastructure that is already paid for. That’s the whole trick, and it’s why we don’t need one hidden in your unit price.

What the commission does not include

Freight. Sea or air, quoted separately in writing before you commit — you choose the forwarder, or use ours.
Duties & taxes. Import duty and local taxes at destination are yours; we provide every document your broker needs.
Special inspections. Third-party lab testing or certifications are billed at cost, with the lab’s own invoice.

Questions buyers actually ask

What if the factory quote seems high?

Push back — it’s your quote. We re-negotiate or bring you two more factories. The commission only exists if you order.

Can I contact the factory directly?

Yes. You know its name from day one. Buyers stay because the next negotiation is easier with us, not because we lock the door.

When do I pay the commission?

Payment terms are agreed per order before you commit — you’ll see them in writing alongside the factory quote, never as a surprise afterward.

What about samples?

Samples are quoted case by case — ask in your request and we’ll come back with a sample price and lead time before you decide.
